Your nervous system is always in one of a few states (regulated, fight, flight, freeze, or shutdown). Most of us can't accurately name our state without prompting. Held's 4-card check-in uses behavioral descriptors to triangulate your actual state, then matches a regulation exercise to it. It takes about 45 seconds and the research behind why it works is solid.

Yes, Held works completely independently. You get full AI Coach support, regulation tools, and sleep guidance without a consultant. If you do work with a consultant, they can connect their Co-Pilot workspace to your family for an extra layer of support and direct messaging. But it's not required.
