Sleep Support
Your Child Deserves Rest. So Do You.
You're so tired you can barely think straight.
Bedtime takes two hours. Wake-ups happen three, four, five times a night. Your child fights sleep like it's the enemy. You've tried everything—different routines, earlier bedtimes, later bedtimes, white noise, blackout curtains, essential oils, staying in the room, leaving the room.
Nothing works.
And you're exhausted. Not just physically. Emotionally. Mentally. Spiritually.
You're touched out. You're short-tempered. You're not the parent you want to be.
And you feel guilty about how much you resent bedtime.
"Other families don't struggle like this."
"What am I doing wrong?"
"Will my child ever just… sleep?"
Here's what nobody tells you:
Sleep isn't just about schedules and routines. It's about nervous systems, attachment, developmental stages, temperament, and feeling safe enough to let go.
And we can help you figure it out—without cry-it-out, without shame, and without sacrificing connection.
Sleep Support That Honors Your Family
Here's what most sleep advice gets wrong:
It treats all sleep struggles the same—like there's one magic formula that works for every child at every age.
But a 6-month-old who won't settle isn't struggling for the same reasons as a 6-year-old who battles bedtime or a 16-year-old who's up until 3am.
Sleep challenges shift and change as your child grows. What worked at 18 months doesn't work at 5 years. What works for one child in your family might not work for another.
We offer a different approach.
Sleep support that's grounded in nervous-system science, attachment theory, and developmental understanding—while still giving you practical tools that actually work for your child at this age.
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all. We believe in understanding YOUR child's unique wiring, YOUR family's values, YOUR capacity as a parent, and what's developmentally happening right now.
This isn't about forcing your child to sleep.
It's about understanding why they're struggling and creating the conditions where sleep feels safe, possible, and natural—at every age.
Who This is For
Ages 0-3: The Newborn & Baby Years
If you're in the thick of:
Newborn sleep confusion and constant wake-ups
Short naps that leave everyone exhausted
4-month regression, 8-month regression, 18-month regression (all the regressions)
Nursing or feeding to sleep and wondering how to transition
Co-sleeping that's not working anymore but you don't know how to change it
Bedtime taking hours because your baby won't settle
We help you:
Understand your baby's sleep biology and what's developmentally normal
Create age-appropriate routines that feel good for everyone
Navigate sleep changes and regressions with confidence
Make gentle shifts that honor attachment while improving sleep
Ages 3-12: The Toddler Through Tween
If you're struggling with:
Bedtime battles that drain you both
Kids who pop out of bed 10+ times every night
Early morning wake-ups (4am? 5am? Why??)
Nightmares, fears, or needing you to stay in the room until they fall asleep
Sibling room-sharing chaos
The transition from crib to bed (and the newfound freedom to escape)
We help you:
Set boundaries that feel loving, not punitive
Address the real reasons behind the bedtime resistance
Work through fears and anxieties that are disrupting sleep
Create routines that build independence while maintaining connection
Ages 13-17: The Teen Years
If your teen is:
Up until 2am or 3am on their phone/gaming/scrolling
Sleeping through alarms and missing school
Exhausted all day but wired at night
Struggling with anxiety that's affecting sleep
Resistant to any sleep advice you try to give
We help you:
Understand teen circadian rhythms (they're biologically wired differently)
Navigate screen time and technology boundaries
Support your teen's sleep without power struggles
Address anxiety and stress that's keeping them awake
Neurodivergent Sleep Support
If your child has:
Autism, ADHD, OCD, sensory processing differences, or other neurodivergence
Medical conditions that impact sleep
Anxiety disorders or trauma history
Unique needs that make typical sleep advice irrelevant
We help you:
Create sensory-friendly sleep environments
Understand how their nervous system and wiring affect sleep
Adapt routines and strategies to fit their specific needs
Find solutions that work for YOUR child, not a neurotypical handbook
As a certified special needs sleep consultant, I bring specialized training to support children whose sleep challenges require extra understanding and adaptation.
What Makes Our Sleep Support Different?
We Don't Do Cry-It-Out
Period. Full stop.
We believe sleep is a relationship issue, not a behavior problem to "fix" with extinction methods.
Our approach is:
Attachment-focused - We protect the relationship first
Nervous-system informed - We understand regulation comes before sleep
Developmentally appropriate - What works for a 6-month-old doesn't work for a 3-year-old (or a 13-year-old)
Trauma-sensitive - We honor each child's unique history and needs
Parent-led - You know your child best; we give you the framework and tools
We Address the Whole Picture
Sleep doesn't exist in a vacuum. We look at:
Your child's temperament and sensory needs
Attachment patterns and emotional safety
Daytime behavior and regulation

Medical or developmental factors that might be at play

What Sleep Actually Looks Like When It's Working
→ Bedtime that takes 20-30 minutes, not 2 hours
→ A child who can settle themselves when they wake at night
→ You actually sleeping for more than 3 consecutive hours
→ Mornings where everyone wakes up (somewhat) rested
→ Less yelling, less frustration, less resentment around sleep
→ A parent who has capacity for patience and connection again
→ A child who's better regulated during the day because they're rested
This isn't about perfect sleep. It's about sustainable, healthy sleep that works for your family.
Real Stories from Real Families
"We went from 6+ wake-ups a night to sleeping through within two weeks. But more importantly, I don't feel like I'm failing anymore. I understand WHY my daughter struggled with sleep, and that changed everything."
— Rachel, mom of a 2-year-old
"My son is autistic and every sleep consultant told me to just 'be consistent.' Manu actually got it. She helped us create a sensory-friendly routine that works with his nervous system, not against it."
— David, dad of a 6-year-old
"I thought my teen would never listen. But when we approached it without power struggles and actually addressed his anxiety, he started making changes. He's still not perfect, but he's sleeping so much better."
— Lisa, mom of a 14-year-old
